Du Nil À Alexandrie Histoires D’eaux (Suisse)
These are traveling exhibitions that present with a scientific approach the transfer, storage and distribution of water to the city in Alexandria from ancient times to contemporary technological systems. The exhibition structure popularized by elements of Egypt’s traditional cultures changes in every space that hosts it. The basic principle in this traveling exhibition series is the integration of the pieces from their Egyptian collections in each museum that hosts the exhibit. In each new museum the story of the water is visualized with new collections in a different way.
